Product Information
WareQite offers coastal-inspired home decorations and accessories, including decorative trays and dishes, drinking glasses, vases, display vessels, sculptures, wall accents, hanging ornaments, mirrors, storage items, decorative shelving, and cabinet knobs.
We aim to accurately describe product dimensions, materials, available options, and package contents. Screen settings and lighting may affect appearance, but do not excuse material differences from the product description.
Natural materials and decorative finishes may vary in grain, texture, shape, or color where these characteristics are explained on the product page. These variations do not affect your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.
Review product details before ordering, including dimensions, quantities, mounting requirements, and intended use where applicable. Only items identified as included in the product description form part of your purchase. Other objects shown for styling are not included unless expressly stated.
Product Use and Care
Follow the product’s supplied care instructions, warnings, and installation guidance. Use products only for their stated purpose.
Decorative items are not toys unless expressly identified as such. Keep small parts, hanging cords, delicate ornaments, and fragile materials away from young children and pets.
Handle glass, mirrors, shells, and other fragile materials carefully. Do not use cracked, chipped, or broken items. Stop using a wall-mounted or hanging product if its fittings become loose or damaged.
For mirrors, shelving, wall decorations, and cabinet hardware, use mounting methods suitable for the product, supporting surface, and intended load. Follow any stated load limits. Do not assume a decorative shelf or cabinet knob is suitable for heavy loads or safety-critical use.
Products described as drinking glasses are intended for their stated drinking use. Decorative dishes, trays, sculptures, and display vessels should not be assumed suitable for food contact or holding drinking water unless expressly identified for that purpose.
Do not assume products are suitable for dishwashers, microwaves, hot liquids, outdoor exposure, or use with candles unless the product description or supplied instructions expressly confirm that use.
These precautions do not exclude our responsibility for faulty products, inaccurate descriptions, or inadequate instructions.
Orders and Payments
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use an authorized payment method.
An automated order receipt acknowledges that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when we send shipping confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Where legally permitted, we may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, such as product unavailability, payment failure, a material pricing error, or reasonably suspected fraud. We will notify you when an order cannot be fulfilled. Material changes to your order require your agreement.
If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled items and any delivery charges attributable to those items, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. If the entire order is canceled, we will refund all amounts paid for that order.
Prices, transaction currency, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are disclosed before you complete checkout. Any additional customs arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy where applicable. Future price changes do not alter accepted orders.
Shipping and Delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains order processing, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and applicable customs arrangements. Please review it before placing an order.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Estimates do not remove your rights where delivery is late or an agreed delivery obligation is not met.
Contact [email protected] promptly if you discover an error in your delivery details. We will try to assist, although changes may not be possible once fulfillment or shipping has begun.
We will investigate delivery problems and assist with missing or damaged shipments. Our responsibility for delivery does not automatically end when we hand goods to our carrier. Your applicable rights concerning non-delivery, loss, or damage remain unaffected.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, procedures, shipping costs, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. It provides a voluntary 30-day return request period from delivery, in addition to applicable statutory rights.
For voluntary returns, we inspect returned goods and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval, or sooner where required by law. These periods do not extend any mandatory refund deadline.
Change-of-mind return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility. WareQite covers the necessary return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods, as explained in that policy.

Returns are sent to China and may require international shipping. Contact us for instructions before sending a return. This request does not impose a prior-approval requirement where applicable law allows you to exercise a right by notifying us.
